Your first session with Kenogi or Cindy is designed for transformation.
Both coaches have earned various certifications, from organisations such as Modern Vocal Training, Somatic Voicework™, and the Gordon Institute for Music Learning.
You may book a lesson with either or both of them to get a feel of who might be a better fit for your growth.

I’ve been performing since I was four — from school stages to national service as an artiste in the SAF Music & Drama Company.
For years, I couldn’t figure out why my voice wasn’t working the way it should. That led me deep into training, global methods, and voice science, until things finally clicked. My first thought? "Everyone deserves to understand these."
Today, I specialise in rapid breakthroughs: helping singers and speakers unlock clarity, strength, resonance, and the upper range they thought was impossible. My approach starts with diagnosis: we fix the root cause, not just the symptoms.
If you’ve been stuck at a ceiling or feel like your voice has more potential... I might be the right person for you.
Kenogi
Founder & Lead Coach
@ Vocal Evolution

I’ve been in performing arts - dance and singing since 5; from festive shows to gigging at Tampines Hub to Mediacorp Channel 8’s Encore. I’m also a recording artist, having been a collaborator on Ethan Loke's Stella, and as the lead vocalist and arranger of Vyn Band (Vase & Words) in 2025.
I'm a performing educator, which means my coaching is translated directly from stage to what happens in your lesson.
Since I’ve gone from clueless to confident myself, helping others through that journey is what I do best, as I genuinely believe singing is one of the strongest ways to build a person's character.
If you want a coach who gets both the technical and the human side of performing, I'm your person!

What if it wasn't about talent... but skill development in the right order?
At Vocal Evolution, we fix your struggles with a personalised diagnosis of your voice. When you have clarity, you'll be able to focus on what actually matters.
We then use customised exercises to help you rebalance how your voice works (like how much air, resistance and effort you’re using) so it feels stable, controlled and easy.
When you target the right problem with the right approach, your voice changes fast.
Most people don't need years to sound decently good.
This is where we all want to start, but true range, power, tone, etc. can only be built after establishing a foundational level of balance.
Most people will jump right into this part without Steps 1 & 2, and wonder why they can't progress when their foundations are not strong.
Finally, we apply your upgraded voice into songs and/or speech, and then into real-world situations like recording and performing.
This is crucial so the changes actually hold up outside lessons, whether you’re singing casually with friends or stepping on stage.
01
We'll identify what's causing your strain, high notes (breaking and weakness), breathlessness, projection and pitch issues. If you fix symptoms, you get relief. When you fix causes, you get lasting results.
02
We’ll help you identify any bad habits or underlying cause of what's holding you back. You'll find out if your limits are caused by what you're born with or a skill gap (it’s usually the latter).
03
Experience function-based exercises that instantly improve resonance, clarity, ease, and the connection between your low and high notes (mix).
04
Leave with a new level of clarity based on your needs.
If you decide to work with us, we have various packages to support your growth and goals.
Some come in with clear goals, and some just to "try it out"... but all of them realise how much more they're actually capable of within their first lesson.

First Lesson + Vocal Upgrade Workshop Pass
Highly-personalised work on what's holding you back the most
An obvious improvement in at least two to three aspects (e.g. less strain, extended range, improved pitch, more projection)
Apply the fix to a song or speech, so it carries over into real-world use
Complimentary Vocal Upgrade Workshop (Online & International) that is also complementary to your first lesson
➣ You'll get an option to choose your workshop dates after signing up!
(Lessons in-person at our studio for SG students, online for everyone else.)
"I was stuck in my low range, and whatever I had above was unusable."
Peter, School Teacher

"Singing high notes always felt shouty and strained, and it limited my artistry."
Simran Sidhu, Student

"It now feels like I'm using my voice at its fullest potential."
Sarah Bishop (in 2021), Vocal Coach, Pro Singer & Actor

Experienced singer who feels stuck and wants to break past your plateau
- by fixing the root causes, not just trying harder and practicing more
Beginner hobbyist who wants to build a strong foundation right from the start
- rather than having to undo years of bad habits later
Speaker, consultant or creator who wants to make an impact, but your voice isn't matching your abilities
- and it's costing you opportunities
Not necessarily — the workshop will already give you clarity and practical ways to improve.
A private lesson takes it one step further by a precise diagnosis of your voice and precise adjustments specifically tailored to you.
Most students notice changes within the session. That could feel like certain notes becoming easier, more stability in the voice, or clearer tone with less effort.
But lasting growth will require having the right knowledge, a good level of awareness, repetition over time, and application in real-world situations.
If you're good, you wouldn't need lessons! 😄
The truth is, starting earlier will help you avoid building bad habits, resulting in you progressing more efficiently.
We’ll work on diagnosing your voice, identify what’s limiting you, make targeted adjustments, and apply it directly to a song.
Yes. Many students start with just one lesson. It’s a good way to experience how our training works and decide how you’d like to continue.
If you do not continue with us after your first lesson, that’s completely fine too. You’ll still leave with a clearer understanding of your voice and a better sense of how to practice.
Both options work fine as the workshop and lesson are complementary to each other.
If you're still unsure, you can choose to attend your first lesson after the workshop.
